Sean + Fallon

A life built together. A relationship still being built.

We believe strong relationships are not proof that two people never struggle. They are what can become possible when two people keep choosing honesty, repair, friendship, growth, and the work of becoming better together.

Before the Credentials

There is us.

Before LiveStrong became a practice, before clinical titles, programs, experiences, or plans for what might come next, there was a relationship between two people building a life together.

We are different people with different strengths, different ways of thinking, different ways of responding, and different things we naturally bring into a room.

That difference has not always made life easier. It has made the work more important—and, over time, the relationship richer.

Not Perfect. Practiced.
We do not believe a good marriage is one that never gets tested. We believe it is one that keeps learning how to come back together.

Relationships require honesty when honesty is uncomfortable, accountability without humiliation, boundaries without abandonment, repair after disconnection, friendship beneath responsibility, and enough humility to keep learning the person beside you.

A Real Life

Most of a relationship is built in ordinary moments.

Trips, work, family, celebrations, pressure, ridiculous moments, hard conversations, quiet days, adventures, and simply continuing to show up. The relationship exists inside all of it.

Different Strengths

Together does not mean becoming the same.

One of the things we value most is that neither of us has to become the other for the relationship to work.

We can challenge differently, comfort differently, lead differently, notice different things, and still move in the same direction.

Difference can become strength. The goal is not agreement on everything. It is learning how to stay connected while remaining fully ourselves.
Repair matters more than pretending. Real relationships occasionally miss, disappoint, frustrate, and disconnect. What happens afterward matters enormously.
Friendship still counts. Beneath schedules, work, parenting, pressure, and obligation, there still has to be room to genuinely like one another.
Building More Than a Practice

LiveStrong grew inside the life we were already building.

The property, the animals, the barn, the work, the dreams, the responsibilities, the experiences we create, and the way we imagine helping people are not separate from our life together.

They are part of it.

Why This Matters

We are not teaching relationships from a pedestal.

Clinical knowledge matters. Training matters. Experience matters. But relationships are also lived.

Our work with couples is informed by the reality that healthy connection still requires intention when life becomes busy, stressful, emotional, complicated, or simply ordinary.

Connection takes maintenance. Love does not eliminate the need for attention, curiosity, and intentional time together.
Conflict can contain information. The goal is not necessarily to eliminate disagreement, but to understand what happens inside it and learn how to respond differently.
Intimacy is broader than romance. Emotional safety, honesty, affection, friendship, play, vulnerability, desire, and shared meaning all matter.
A relationship can keep becoming. People change. Life changes. Strong relationships learn how to keep meeting one another again.
Led Together

Some work becomes stronger when both of us are in the room.

That is part of the vision behind LiveStrong’s couples experiences, retreats, Boma evenings, and selected groups.

We bring different perspectives without trying to perform the role of the perfect couple. Instead, we create space for honest work, meaningful conversation, challenge, reconnection, and the possibility of doing relationships differently.

What We Hope People See
We are not an example of a perfect marriage. We are an example of what can become possible when two people keep doing honest work.

Not perfectly. Not once and for all. But intentionally, repeatedly, and together.

LiveStrong

Strong relationships are not finished products.

They are living things. And living things need attention.
